Rates are net, per night and do not include sales tax, presently 11.8%. Children 15 and under stay free with parents. Additional adults add $15 per person, per night. Group rates will be honored (2) days before or after these dates on a space available basis. Please check with us prior to making your travel arrangements.

The Antlers is holding a block of rooms at the group rate until May 1, 2005. Reservations made on or after May 1st will be offered the group rate on a space available basis. Deposit Policy:
A deposit equal to one night's rental is due when your reservation is made. The balance, plus 11.8% sales tax is due at checkout. If you are tax exempt, we will need a copy of your certificate of exemption and payment must be made with a team check or credit card.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to arrival are entitled to a full refund. Any cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival are non-refundable.

Will you be bringing a rescue dog? About 1/3 of our units accept pets, however there is an additional $15 per dog, per night charge. Please let us know when you make your reservation if you need a pet-friendly room.
