Congratulations to Douglas County Search and Rescue. They passed their initial accreditation tests 04/30/05-05/01/05. DCSAR conducted two high angle rescue problems, a search, a low angle scree evacuation, an avalanche scenario, and a low angle snow evacuation. Members of the Rocky Mountain Region participated in setting up and evaluating the scnearios. Tim VMR1, Scott VMR27, and Joe "Rabbit" VMR29 participated in various tasks including setting up the search, evaluating the scenarios and interviewing team members. -J |
